PROTECTORS

Do you belong to an organisation that is DEFCOM accredited?

DEFCOM has agreements with a number of organisations, government departments, unions and companies that are affiliated with Police, Fire, Ambulance, Health, SES and Rescue.

DEFCOM provides free membership to the employees and volunteers of those organisations. Accreditation is a valuable asset and the total number of organisations provided free memberships is limited.

Who is accredited?

So even though you may work in one of these industries that doesn't mean that your organisation has accreditation.

You need to confirm that your organisation has DEFCOM accreditation with the HR/Pay/Admin staff of your employer.

CARD ISSUE

Protectors organisations distribute to members

  • We have a point of contact at each organisation who issues DEFCOM membership cards on our behalf to their staff or members.

  • In most cases this task is undertaken by the various HR/Pay/Admin staff of each organisation. It is their job to deliver DEFCOM cards to their staff.

  • SIGN the card in the signature panel
  • Your partner or spouse can sign in the spouse signature panel

Do you need a new card because yours is lost or damaged?

  • Most organisations or associations have a DEFOCM liaison contact in either their HR or Membership office. You need to contact this person and request a replacement card. They will immediately reissue you with a new card on our behalf.

  • If you are having problems please email us for help.
